New Snow, New Bread

Happy dog tracks beside my ski tracks

And I’m very happy with all of my new baking tools that I got for my birthday — results below!

  3. The recipe is in Peter Reinhart’s “Artisan Breads Every Day”. It’s the “Classic French Bread” recipe. Maybe you can find it online?
