Robin’s Bread from “Home Baking”

Yumm!  This bread turned out well.  It’s another slow-rise bread from the book I’m enjoying, “Home Baking” by Duguid & Alford.

My dough tripled in size and escaped the very large bowl it was in after only six hours.  I baked it then (it didn’t go the recommended 8-12 hours) and came out just fine.
